The Optimal Upgrade Sequence

If you follow only one recommendation in this entire wiki, make it this sequence for your first 24 hours:

  • Hire Dough ChefOven CookCashier.
  • Push Oven Capacity to level 10.
  • Match Dough and Topping speed to your oven.
  • Buy your first Delivery Scooter.
  • Unlock Pepperoni recipe (the second recipe).
  • Save coins for a Manager hire — the first manager pays itself back within an hour.

What to Skip Early

Don't waste coins on decor, cosmetic chef outfits, or the third+ recipe before your kitchen fundamentals are solid. Late game these become viable, but during the first few days they're traps that slow down your real progression.
